位置很好，设施齐全，干净卫生，服务热情周到。门口迎宾员热情主动。近日举家游杭州，恰逢本人生日，酒店专门制作了精美的贺卡和蛋糕送到房间，使我们感到惊喜和温馨。谢谢，下次入住再相逢。

房间很大，卫生很干净，服务员也很热情，下次来还会选择这家酒店，整体很不错的

房间够大够，客房阿姨特别好

挺不错的，位置特别好方便，下次还住西湖

酒店一如既往的干净，国际性五星级酒店服务标准，位置好，就在西湖边上，周边很多餐厅酒吧。住了很多次了
